  • Recruiters are responsible for ensuring the legitimacy of job postings.

  • Users agree not to post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.

3. Subscription Plans & Refund Policy

  • All subscription plans (e.g., ₹149/₹1499/₹4999) are valid for the duration mentioned on the pricing page.

  • Refunds are subject to terms mentioned in the specific plan.

  • Refunds are processed only via the original payment method, within the specified timeline.

4. Consulting Services

Recruitment-based consulting is offered under a separate agreement. GetYourWays may charge a percentage of CTC as per the chosen plan. Invoices are raised post-joining and are payable within 15 days.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate our policies, misuse features, or attempt fraud.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and platform design are the intellectual property of GetYourWays and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our platform, including employment outcomes or recruiter-candidate communication.
